To eat or not to eat, that is the question.

Or rather the difficulty. Trying to get Bastien to eat lunch and supper most days is like, well, think of some metaphor for something that is really difficult! I don’t know why this is, but he just won’t eat at first or finish by himself. He must get hungry. I mean sure, he eats pudding, and his dried fruit pieces (like fruit leather, but thicker and in squares) and stuff, but real food? He made the comment that he eats his cereal – which is true, he does – but you can’t grow very well off of just cereal! If anyone has any ideas or suggestions please comment below ^_^.

Tonight we had Paëlla. It’s a Spanish dish. It’s rice, peppers (I’m not sure if the colour is specified or not, but tonight we had red), peas, salt, pepper, saffron, and meat. Normally shrimp and a shell-fish that is not clams (we don’t know the English translation and I don’t know how to spell the French to check), but tonight Adeline used fish, ham, and chicken. It was SO very tasty. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Today it was rather windy and a bit rainy. It looks like it’s going to cool down this week, at least until Wednesday. Hopefully the weather will be nice for the weekend!

Sylvain is getting ever speedier at standing up and crawling. He falls down a little more, but usually not hard enough to make him cry. I can’t wait for my family to meet him and to see how much Bastien has changed. Remember, when we first met the little tyke he wasn’t really talking. Now he talks up a storm!

I hope everyone is having a great weekend. See you tomorrow!
